رام الله، فلسطين: أعلنت مؤسسة التعاون وجمعية إغاثة أطفال فلسطين (PCRF) عن شراكة استراتيجية تمتد لخمس سنوات، تهدف إلى تعزيز الجهود المشتركة في رعاية الأطفال الذين فقدوا أحد أو كلا الوالدين خلال العدوان على قطاع غزة بين عامي 2023 و2025. وذلك ضمن مبادرة “نور” لرعاية أيتام غزة.

 

وبموجب هذه الشراكة، تقدّم جمعية إغاثة أطفال فلسطين مساهمة سنويةلتوفير خدمات طبية متقدمة للأطفال المستفيدين من برنامج “نور” الذي تنفذه مؤسسة التعاون، إلى جانب تغطية التكاليف التشغيلية للبرنامج وضمان استمرارية خدماته الأساسية. ويُعد هذا الدعم ركيزة أساسية لتعزيز النموذج الشامل لبرنامج “نور”، والذي يوفّر لأطفال غزة الأيتام رعاية صحية ونفسية واجتماعية ودعمًا تعليميًا، إضافة إلى الغذاء والملابس والحماية.

 

وأكد الدكتور طارق امطيرة، مدير عام مؤسسة التعاون، أن هذه الشراكة تمثل التزامًا مشتركًا لحماية الأطفال الأكثر هشاشة في غزة، وتعكس رؤية موحدة لبناء منظومة رعاية متكاملة تستجيب لاحتياجاتهم المتعددة. وشدّد أن التعاون بين المؤسستين يدعم الجهود الوطنية لتنسيق خدمات رعاية الأيتام وتحسين الوصول إلى الرعاية الطبية والاجتماعية المتخصصة.

 

ومن جانبه قال علاء الدين الشوا، الرئيس التنفيذي العالمي لجمعية إغاثة أطفال فلسطين:  “إن هذه الشراكة مع مؤسسة التعاون تمثّل خطوة محورية نحو تعزيز منظومة الرعاية المتكاملة لأيتام غزة، وتوسيع نطاق الوصول إلى الخدمات الطبية المتخصصة التي يحتاجونها بشكل عاجل. نحن ملتزمون بضمان حصول الأطفال على الرعاية الصحية والنفسية التي تمكّنهم من التعافي واستعادة الأمان، ونؤمن بأن العمل المشترك هو السبيل الأمثل لإحداث أثر حقيقي ومستدام في حياتهم.”

وسيعمل الطرفان خلال فترة الشراكة على تعزيز آليات التنسيق مع الجهات الوطنية ذات العلاقة، وتطوير معايير موحدة تخدم جودة الخدمات وتوسّع نطاق الوصول إليها. كما سيقدّم الطرفان نموذجًا متقدمًا للتكامل والتنسيق في رعاية الأيتام في غزة، ويسهمان في توفير فرص أفضل للأطفال للشفاء، واستعادة حياتهم، والمضي نحو مستقبل أكثر استقراراً وكرامة.

 

Taawon and PCRF Unite in a Five-Year Strategic Partnership to Support Orphaned Children in Gaza

 

15 December, 2025, Ramallah, Palestine: Taawon (Welfare Association) and the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund (PCRF) have announced a five-year strategic partnership aimed at strengthening joint efforts to support children who lost one or both parents during the 2023–2025 aggression on Gaza. The partnership comes as part of Taawon’s NOOR Initiative for the care and empowerment of Gaza’s orphaned children.

Under this partnership, PCRF will provide an annual in-kind contribution to ensure advanced medical care for children enrolled in the NOOR Program, in addition to providing annual financial support to help sustain the program’s operational costs and essential services. This contribution is a key pillar in reinforcing NOOR’s comprehensive model, which delivers healthcare, psychological and social support, educational assistance, as well as food, clothing, and protection services.

Dr. Tareq Emtairah, Director General of Taawon, emphasized that this partnership reflects a shared commitment to protecting Gaza’s most vulnerable children and a unified vision for building an integrated care system that responds to their diverse needs.” He noted that “the collaboration enhances national efforts to coordinate orphan care and improve access to specialized medical and social services.”

Throughout the five-year partnership, both organizations will work together to reinforce national coordination mechanisms, develop unified standards that enhance the quality of services, and expand access to integrated care. This collaboration sets a strong model for joint action in supporting Gaza’s orphaned children, helping them heal, rebuild their lives, and move toward a more stable and dignified future.
